The sea is 800 meters away by a private road; direct access to the parking of the public beach of Beauvallon and of the private beach "The Pingouin Bleu". It is possible to walk down to the beach (15mn). Golf and tennis at 5 mn drive by a private road. The HEATED pool is 12m long by 6 m wide and is south orientated. Built on three levels, the house offers 5 double bed rooms with bathroom or shower attached and one bed room with 2 single beds + 5 wc. Four of the rooms open on a terrace and enjoy a beautiful sightseeing. Groundfloor: 3 doublebed rooms with shower/wc. Kitchen fully equipped with micro-wave owen and kettle. Dining room for 15 persons. Large drawing room with fire place and TV corner. Outside the living room is a wonderful canopy for luncheons and dinners by the pools. On the first floor, the master bedroom has its own dressing room and bath room and opens onto a loggia with an exceptionnal view on the bay of St Tropez. Attached is also the single bed bedroom. On the lower floor, one double bedroom with bathroom and toilet. A large playroom and fully equipped laundry are also situated at this level The house has an electrical central heating.
